10 Squared was engaged to plan and execute Walmart’s first ever “Atlanta Beauty and Fashion Show” for their newest Cascade location. Hosted by Bravo’s RHOA, Cynthia Bailey and Celebrity Stylist Middleman Fresh, Walmart’s “Atlanta Beauty and Fashion Show” presented the latest in fall beauty and apparel looks available for purchase for the upcoming holiday season.
Our agency tasks were to manage ‘on the ground’ event planning, event publicity and talent services. We managed everything from securing vendors, media relations to guest list management.
Our agency: secured both hosts: Cynthia Bailey and Middleman Fresh, had over 20 key influencers, media and bloggers in attendance, manage d on-site activities for the casting call and event day program. The event was an overall success. Buzz around the fashion show was generated on Twitter and Instagram and reached over 300,000 consumers with timeline deliveries over 800,000. The event was featured on numerous websites including AJC.com, 11Alive.com and more.
